Encased Piles

Encased piles are constructed with timber poles or steel sections embedded and encased with concrete.

Temporary piles can be encased with sand or metal, and then the pole can be removed once the pile has served its purpose. They can be used for temporary access in difficult sites.

Concrete encasement provides additional strength and corrosion protection to timber or steel piles.

Encased piles are commonly used for both small and large projects.
