As a trusted provider for Box Living, Spiral Drillers were contracted to complete this project, given we had the capabilities to get the job done. Initially we were contracted to drill 42 holes, however we progressed to drilling more, including holes for 2 retaining walls.

The site presented significant challenges due to its steep and difficult terrain, as well as complex ground conditions. With a constantly evolving plan and the need for extra piles and coring, our team excelled in finding quick solutions. We worked closely with the builder, demonstrating excellent collaboration and ensuring the successful completion of the project.
